Geyer collaborated with International Towers in the development of a ground breaking vision to create an Australian – first, commercial workplace ecosystem for a curated community of tenants. The resulting design provides a unique workplace environment which brings workers together in an open innovation precinct, resulting in a more informal, social experience which inspires creative thinking.
The design mobilises engagement with other organisations and individuals across small-scale tenancies, providing smaller, progressive enterprises with a world-class workspace to enable their growth, productive utilisation of resources and capital, higher levels of people attraction and retention and a rare opportunity to benefit from a highly curated and vibrant workplace ecosystem. The space exponentially promotes knowledge sharing, new ways of working, learning, socialising and unexpected, serendipitous business progression through a multitude of activity spaces and event amenities. It represents an authentic example of design thinking and creativity laced with progressive insightfulness and courage to inspire change through future-focussed interior.
